The company is adding new gold resources to it’s inventories and converting it’s historical resource base into NI 43-101 compliant categories. The company now has 691,000 oz’s of gold in measured + indicated categories and 422,000 oz’s in inferred categories.

  • Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Kopsa Copper-Gold Deposit, Finland” filed on SEDAR 2nd October 2013, has been prepared under the supervision of Johan Bradley (MSc, FGS CGeol, EurGeol) Principal Geologist and Managing Director of SRK Consulting (Sweden) AB; and Dr Mike Armitage (BSc, MIMMM, FGS, CEng), Group Chairman and Corporate Consultant (Mining Geology), SRK (UK) Ltd., who are fulfilling the role of Independent Qualified Persons as defined in Sections 1.1 and 1.5 of National Instrument 43-101The results were first disclosed in a press release dated 2nd October, 2013.
  • The NI 43-101 Technical Report “Mineral Resource Estimate of the Rantasalmi Gold Project in Finland” was filed on SEDAR 19th October, 2011. The Technical Report and mineral resource estimate was prepared by Golder Associates (UK) Ltd under the supervision of Alexandra Akyurek (CSci, MSc MIMMM) acting as an Independent Qualified Person according to NI 43-101. The mineral resource estimate has an effective date of 6th October, 2011 and the results were first disclosed in a press release dated 11th October, 2011.
  • The NI 43-101 Technical Report “Hirsikangas Gold Deposit, Central Ostrobothnia, Finland” was filed on SEDAR on 30th November, 2009. The Technical Report and mineral resource estimate has been prepared under the supervision of Thomas Lindholm (MSc, FAusIMM) of GeoVista AB of Sweden, acting as an independent “Qualified Person” according to NI 43-101. The mineral resource estimate has an effective date of 30th November, 2009, and the results were first disclosed in a press release dated 1st December, 2009.
  • The NI 43-101 Technical Report “The Kiimala Property, Central Ostrobothnia, Finland” was filed on SEDAR on 12th October, 2011. The Technical Report was prepared by Hannu Makkonen PhD (EurGeol) acting as an Independent Qualified Person according to NI 43-101. This Technical Report was an update (due to change of ownership) of an earlier NI 43-101 Technical Report filed on SEDAR on 2nd June, 2010, and prepared under the supervision of Mr Thomas Lindholm, (MSc, FAusIMM) of GeoVista AB, Sweden acting as an independent “Qualified Person” as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The mineral resource estimate in the 2011 Technical Report is unchanged from the 2010 Technical Report. The mineral resource estimate has an effective date of 2nd June, 2010, and the results were first disclosed in a press release dated 2nd June, 2010.
